How It Works

We send our sign designs to your landlord, then deliver them to your city with a sign permit application. Once your permit has been approved, the city may require us to return to City Hall to pick up the permit in person. If the city denies your application for whatever reason, don’t worry — we are very skilled at obtaining a variance. From pre-installation sign inspections to additional paperwork, we jump through all the necessary hoops on your behalf.
